WelmeK Metallurgies is a dynamic company and service shop dedicated to specialty hardfacing (weld overlay) and more precisely, to applying the latter to industrial mechanics. A hardfacing is to be defined as a wear- or corrosion-resistant alloy weld applied onto a surface to be protected from its immediate environment, generally in order to improve its lifespan or to restore its original dimensions.

Particularly, we want to promote new automated plasma transferred arc (PTA) techniques, advanced material solutions, as well as selected added-value wear components, thus positioning the company as a leader on its market. WelmeK also offers the latest TIG and MIG arc welding technologies including the self-regulated short-circuit (SRSC) hardfacing process, for better heat input control. Finishing and grinding capabilities complete our set-up.
